Our Refund Policy is as follows.

 

When you are happy we are happy. That said we can’t make everyone happy. We are going to try though. Here’s what you can do. 

 

Please visit our website before you purchase.

Please make sure our work is the type of work you desire. All graphics are made in Canva.

 

Please be able to articulate the design you want. You can send samples or other pages you like. 

 

We are women, if you have an issue let me know first. And I will work with you. Communicate any problems you have and I will do my best to honor them. 

 

Content services We offer refunds for up to 3 days after you received your content. Once you ask us to make a change, or to schedule, that means you have approved the content and will no longer qualify for a refund. 

 

Keep in mind you must know what you want and what you want your design to look like. We are designers so we can literally mimick or create anything but we can’t create it if you can’t show us or explain it to us in plain English.

If we CAN NOT schedule your content through a 3rd party app, because we can't connect your page, you will need to schedule or post your own content. We do not manually post to your account daily. We must be able to schedule all posts at one time.

 

Facebook Ads- we offer refunds for up to 72 hours after your purchase. Once we begin designing the graphics and ads copy and audience on the 4th day we no longer offer refunds. 

 

Emails we offer refunds for up to 72 hours after your purchase. Once we begin designing the graphics and email copy on the 4th day we no longer offer refunds. 

 

Web Design we offer refunds for up to 72 hours after your purchase. Once we begin designing the graphics and website copy on the 4th day we no longer offer refunds. 

 

Keep in mind you must know what you want and what you want your design to look like. We are designers so we can literally mimick or create anything but we can’t create it if you can’t show us or tell us in plain English. 

 

Our turnaround time is 4-7 days, this time period starts after you have sent everything we need. Meaning we have strategy call on 1st but you sent your pictures on the 12th. Your 7th day is the 18th not the 7th. 

 

In the case that we still have not completed your work within 20 days of you sending what we need, we will honor a full refund. However, if the work is not complete because we have not received photos, videos, or other pernant content from the client, we will not grant a full refund. We do not turn in half work. We only turn in a complete order. For example if you purchase 12 posts and we complete 6 but because undelievered content from the client we can not complete the rest of the 6 we will not  full refund the client. We will apply the client a partial refund of $5 times the remaining images/videos. In this case the original order is $150 the client will receive 

$30 refunded.

For example our strategy call is on the 1st you send everything over by the 3rd and now it’s the 23rd and you still have no receivables, we will refund fully. 

 

If you receive a refund you can no longer use any of our intellectual property or designs physical or digital.
